Erin Trail

Erin's hobby is collecting hobbies. She's been racing triathlons since 2008 and has completed 5 Ironman distance races. In 2014, after Ironman 3, she decided to start riding mountain bikes. After getting her ass handed to her on a group ride and angry crying on the side of a mountain, she got a better bike and took some lessons. She's now a strong intermediate rider and loves riding up long grindy climbs and down chonky rocks in Colorado.

Erin is a 5th Generation Coloradan and loves doing all the ColoRADo things. She and her husband enjoy going camping in their teardrop trailer and exploring the state’s singletrack on two wheels. She picked up solo bike packing a few years ago and tries to take 2-3 trips per year. And in 2022, she bought a gravel bike and has plans to race Rebecca’s Private Idaho Queen Stage in Sun Valley, ID in September 2022.

Erin is also a USAT Level 1 triathlon coach, a USMS Level 2 swim coach, and a yoga instructor.

After a long bike ride, she can be found on a sunny patio drinking a beer with her husband.
