Continue ShoppingStuck at home or can’t make it to the gym? Not to worry, we’ve put together a list of our top 10 favorite fitness trainers and online home workouts that you can do in your living room (or just about anywhere). Many of them only require a mat and a few dumbbells. If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells, try using two jugs of water, cans of food, or other household items as a substitute. Home workouts are a great way to cross-train for cycling during the winter months, a fun way to change up your normal training routine, or a great alternative for when training at a gym isn’t an option. We like to do one of these routines every morning to wake up and get the day going.

Because there are hundreds of trainers and workout videos available online, it may be hard to find the ones that work for you initially. Try a few different trainers to see who’s style you like. Your favorite gym or trainer may have some online videos available so check in with them too if an in-person session isn’t an option. Also, we must mention that you should consult with your physician before beginning any workout program. We are not fitness consultants and advise you to workout within your abilities and comfort level. If something doesn’t feel right, stop doing it or make a modification. Once you find something that works well for you, you’ll be surprised at how easy and fun it is to workout at home with limited equipment. While it’s great to have access to a full gym, sometimes all you need is a mat and your body weight to get a killer workout.
